Bad support service ever…
No… you should never apply at customer service anyway. When you have a challenge, and it is perhaps not a standard state, you are banged. You cannot get in touch with a real person whatsoever…. I’ve played ruby for decades, today. They are the pits . Wouldn’t recomend after all.
